Proposa exposes a permissioned MCP workspace. An assistant such as Codex can read the context you authorize, create a structured proposal draft, and update it later without scraping your screen or inventing its own format.
With your explicit confirmation, the MCP can publish the proposal and return its secure URL. Proposa does not send an email or chat message itself; an agent can pass that URL to another connected communication tool only when you ask it to.
A secure proposal link lets a client read and download the proposal, accept or reject it, and send questions in the same view. You receive live activity updates when they open or respond.
Yes. Shared documents are optional: upload deliverables, project invoices, or another useful file and the client can always retrieve it from the same secure link. Proposa deliberately does not add tasks or project-management overhead.
For MCP use, yes: connect an MCP-compatible assistant you already use, such as Codex. Proposa does not resell tokens, add model quotas, or charge an AI markup.
